THE WHITE HALL (CELEBRATIONS)
AREA I Hall area 80m²
Since there is a fireplace in the middle of the hall, the usable area is reduced to ~60m²
CAPACITY I If arranged in theater style without tables – up to 100 people.
If arranged with tables – up to 70 people.
EQUIPMENT I White tables, white chairs, air conditioning. Wi-Fi is available. Additional equipment – projector with screen + HDMI cable, flipchart with markers. Multifunctional speaker – USB/Bluetooth
LOCATION I The hall is located on the second floor of the restaurant building. Restrooms are available on the building’s first floor during the event. No elevator is available.
TABLE LAYOUT I According to guests’ preferences, as far as possible – U, T, I, L.
DECORATIONS I It is possible to decorate the hall, but first coordination with the administration is required to ensure that the interior and equipment are not damaged. Decoration services are not provided.

THE MILL BUILDING
AREA I Room area 80m²
CAPACITY I If arranged in theater style without tables – up to 100 people.
If arranged with tables – up to 80 people.
EQUIPMENT I Gray tables, gray chairs. The hall is not equipped with air conditioning. Wi-Fi is available. Additional equipment – projector with screen + HDMI cable, flipchart with markers. Multifunctional speaker: USB/Bluetooth.
LOCATION I The hall is located in a separate building next to the hotel and a body of water, which is not separately enclosed. The hall is not equipped with restrooms; during the event, restrooms are available in a seasonal TOI TOI unit next to the building or in one of the designated hotel rooms.

ADDITIONAL INFO I The Mill building can be used if the hotel is fully booked for the same event or if the entire complex is reserved for the same event.
The Mill building is available only during the summer season.
