HISTORIC VEHICLES

Initially, during the museum's creation, the primary focus was on collecting agricultural machinery, with particular attention given to the tractors used in the Latvian countryside in the first half of the 20th century. The collection includes antique tractor models such as the "International" (1917), "Hanomag Diesel" (1939), "John Deere" (1935), "Fordson" (1937), and others.

Cars were added to the museum collection a bit later. Here, you can see Ford models, as well as its fiercest competitor, Chevrolet, the "BUICK Master SIX" (1927), and the light automobile produced by the American company Maxwell (1923), which was a typical representative of early 20th-century automobile construction. A rare exhibit is the "Pērse," a self-built car from Latvia in the 1970s, along with many others.

Currently, the exhibition features light and heavy vehicles, fire trucks, various agricultural machinery, motorcycles, and engines, totaling over 100 units of equipment. Most of the cars and agricultural machinery are operational.
